Pathfinder provided commissioning and energy modeling services for the Seneca Building, part of the Midtown Plaza redevelopment complex in Downtown Rochester. The building is a three-story structure with basement totaling 99,000 sq. ft. Windstream occupies the first two floors, and a tenant will occupy the third floor. The total gross square footage of the current project is 66,000 sq. ft. of existing building, with a 2,000 sq. ft. entry addition. The project is registered for LEED Core and Shell, targeting Gold certification.
